How do I choose a model?
Each model is designed for different types of activities and durations. To find the best fit for your needs, compare the models and explore our fit guide for more information.
Will it fit me?
Fit comes down to how the hip belt and thigh straps adjust to your body. Follow the quick-start guide on this page to put it on and adjust it, and if you are unsure about anything, contact our support team before you order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day, tracked, from within the United States. You will get the tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
Can I return it if it is not for me?
Thirty days from delivery. Take it up something real first; a walk round the living room tells you nothing. If it is not for you, contact us and we will send a return label.
Is this a medical device?
No. This is outdoor equipment for people who already walk. If you are looking for a mobility aid, that is a different product under different regulation, and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the frame, motors and electronics. Batteries are a wear part, like tyres — they are covered against defects but not against normal capacity loss over time.
Can I fly with it?
The frame, yes. The battery is the question: at 72 Wh it is under the common 100 Wh cabin limit, but rules differ by airline and by country, and packs usually cannot go in checked baggage. Check with your airline before you book, every time.
Does it get wet?
IP54. Rain, spray and dust are fine. Submersion is not, and river crossings above the waist will end badly.
How do I look after the battery?
Charge it with the 65 W charger it came with, store it around half charge if you are not using it for a while, and keep it out of a hot car. The Ultra S ships with anti-cold packs for winter use.
What happens when the battery dies mid-walk?
You keep walking. The frame moves freely unpowered, so a flat battery costs you the assistance and the weight of the unit, not your day out.
